Cheesy Beef Sandwich Recipe

This hearty and satisfying sandwich is a crowd-pleaser at any gathering. The combination of savory ground beef, creamy mushroom sauce, and melted cheese is irresistible. Serve it with your favorite sides for a complete meal.
Ingredients
6 servings
6 hoagie rolls
2 tablespoons avocado oil
or any oil of your choice
1 lb ground beef
1 onion
small, finely chopped
2 teaspoons Montreal Steak Spice
1 green bell pepper
finely chopped
1 clove garlic
minced
1 ¼ cup cream of mushroom soup
or 10.5 oz can of store bought cream of mushroom soup
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
salt
pepper
to taste
1 cups cheddar cheese
grated
Instructions:
Step 1: Cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet with some oil. Season with Montreal Steak Spice before adding the bell pepper and garlic.
Step 2: Pour the mushroom soup and Worcestershire sauce into the mixture. Stir and cook for 5 minutes or until it thickens slightly.
Step 3: Turn off the heat and stir in the cheese. Spoon the filling into your hoagie rolls and enjoy!
